February Cupcake & Cider Pairings (Feb. 19-21)

We’ve partnered with Puyallup bakery Wanna Cupcake? to create the perfect pairing of ciders to sample with a flight of sweet treats!

This ($25) cider and cupcake flight includes four 5oz ciders and four mini-cupcakes, each matched to compliment each cider. The cider and cupcake flights are limited and available for purchase in advance in our Puyallup/South Hill tap house. These will sell out so reserve your flight today!

Cupcake & Cider Pairings included:

1. Salted Caramel – Chocolate cupcake topped with caramel buttercream and finished with our house made caramel sauce and a sprinkle of salt. Paired with/ Country Apple – semi-sweet apple cider with a touch of cinnamon to it.
2. Lemon Raspberry – Lemon cake with raspberries baked in and frosted with Raspberry Italian Meringue and sprinkled with sugar pearls, Paired with/ Hazy Raspberry – bright and refreshing with a touch of berry tartness.
3. Chocolate/Chocolate – Classic chocolate cake with a chocolate buttercream. Paired with/ Cardi-O – an orange and cardamom spice, semi-sweet.
4. Peach Cobbler – Peach Cupcake with pieces of peaches baked in with a scoop of vanilla buttercream on top and sprinkled with streusel pieces. Paired with/ Marionberry – a sweeter, juicy marionberry balanced with a slightly tart apple.
