Valentine’s Cupcake + Cider Pairing

We’ve partnered with Puyallup bakery Wanna Cupcake? to create the perfect pairing of ciders to sample with a flight of sweet treats!

This ($25) cider and cupcake flight includes four 5oz ciders and four mini-cupcakes, each matched to compliment each cider. The cider and cupcake flights are limited and available for purchase in advance in our Puyallup/South Hill tap house. These will sell out so reserve your flight before the Valentine’s weekend!

Cupcake flavors included:
1. Dr. Z’s Sweet Tooth (Chocolate cupcake topped with chocolate Italian meringue and finished with drizzled ganache and chocolate flakes)
2. Queen of Hearts (Chocolate cupcake topped with raspberry buttercream and a raspberry jelly piped heart then rolled in flaked coconut)
3. Snickerdoodle (Snickerdoodle cupcake topped with vanilla buttercream and finished with a cinnamon sugar sprinkle and Snickerdoodle cookie pieces)
4. Lemonlicious (Lemon zest cupcake with real lemon buttercream finished with a sprinkle of sugar sand.)
